Did my first bit of yoga (vaguely) within insanity today and it was so hard. I have no core strength or balance and fairly good flexibility :L

I just did this 20 min cardio/yoga video on hulu (for free) and it felt amazing!! This is the first real workout I’ve done in weeks, regrettably, but I feel so great to be getting back into it again.
